Title 18 Section 6308: Underage Drinking 1st Offense Fine: $500 & 90 Day License Suspension - 2nd and subsequent Offense Fine: $500 to $1000 
1 year License Suspension for 2nd offense and 2 year license suspension for 3rd and subsequent offense. Multiple suspensions shall be served consecutively. 

Title 18 Section 6310.1: Selling or Furnishing Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages to minors = Fine not less than $1000 for the first violation and a fine of $2,500 for each subsequent violation.
